Mago Chimichurri Sauce

You will love this fresh and flavor packed Mago Chimichurri Sauce recipe that’s ready in less than 5 minutes. It’s flavorful, healthy, so easy! Use it on all your meat as if you were in Bueños Aires!

INGREDIENTS:              Vegan and Gluten Free

1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, tightly packed

1 cup fresh cilantro, tightly packed

1/2 cup diced red onion

½ cup olive oil

3 Tablespoons oregano

3 cloves of garlic, peeled

2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Mago Green, or 2 tablespoons Mago Red

¼ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper

1 tablespoon Mago Green Sauce

 

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients except the olive oil to a food processor and pulse a few times until chopped.  Slowly pour in the olive oil, while pulsing the mixture a few more times until the olive oil is mixed in. Periodically pause to scrape down the sides of the blender.
