Mago Red Pesto Dip – Roasted Red Pepper and Walnut Pesto

This recipe makes about 25 ounces of absolute magic.

This quick and simple recipe will blow your mind! It’s a sauce, a paste, and much more. It works great as a dip for crackers, chips, veggies…anything! We especially love using this recipe for pasta sauces and our homemade pizzas. It’s great for parties, but you might not want to share this stuff with anyone after you taste it.

Ingredients             Vegan and Gluten Free

1 jar (12 oz) of roasted red bell peppers

4 garlic cloves, diced

1 cup chopped walnuts

Handful of fresh basil leaves

¼ cup sundried tomatoes

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Start with 1 tablespoon of Mago Red Sauce

4 tablespoons olive oil

1.5 tablespoons Mago Red Sauce

Directions

In a blender, put roasted peppers, garlic, walnuts, sundried tomatoes, and basil

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil. While blending, add more olive oil to your desired consistency

Add more Mago Hot Sauce to taste. So good!
