Ginger Dressing

This recipe is another easy one! You might want to drink this stuff it’s so good.

Side effects include eating a lot of salad, but you can also really enjoy this as a marinade! Our favorites are using it with chicken, salmon, or seared tofu.

Ingredients

 Vegetarian, Gluten free          

  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup oil (of your choice)
  • 1/3 cup Rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp MAGO Green Sauce, or 2 tbsp MAGO Red Sauce

Directions:

Putting the honey in last, puree all the ingredients in a blender (mix again after honey goes in). Enjoy!

Keep Refrigerated. Keeps for about a week, if it even lasts that long..
