Mago Mustard Marinade
If you like mustard with a little heat, then you’ll love this easy mustard marinade recipe! It matches well with asparagus and mushroom, and if you’re extra hungry, potatoes are tasty with this dish as well.
Servings: Makes enough for 3 large chicken breasts.
¼ cup yellow mustard
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Honey (or Agave for Vegan version)
2 teaspoons Mago Green Sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt, or kosher salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until fully mixed. Fully coat each piece of chicken.
Bake about 13-14 minutes and remove the chicken to test with a knife. The bigger the pieces of meat, the longer you will need to cook. Add a couple minutes if necessary.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken cool. Serve with your side of choice, and garnish with some cilantro or parsley.
