MAGO STEAK SAUCE and MARINADE
This steak sauceand marinade is “lick the plate GOOD!” and it takes only 2 minutes to make.
Cast iron skillets are one of our favorite ways to cook a steak. All the flavor from this recipe will reach your taste buds!
Serves 2-3 people with 16oz of delicious steak.
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 Tbsp Mago Red Sauce, or 1 tbsp Mago Green Sauce
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and use mixture to marinade the steak.
Marinade the meat at least 2 hours before cooking, turning over a few times during the process.
Plate the meat along with your favorite sides.
USE EVERY DROP OF THE LEFTOVER SAUCE!
Pour over each plate, or use the sauce to dip pieces of steak. So good!
